| 1 | Remove battery earth lead | |

| 2 | Remove three pin multi plug from speedo drive unit | |
 |
| 3 | Remove bolt retaining speedo drive unit and remove unit from gearbox | |
 |
| 4 | Place speedo drive unit in vice with soft jaws |  |
 |
| 5 | Remove 3 x phillips head screws and lift off top |  |
 |
| 6 | Remove rotameter making sure not to lose pin, spring and hexagon internally shaped washer. NB If any additional washers other than hex washer, discard them. |  |
 |
| 7 | Place speedo converter onto drive unit rotating speedo drive gear to pick up drive lug on converter. Screw into place using 3 x phillips counter sunk screws supplied. NB Unit will rotate to facilitate fitting of screws. |  |

| 8 | Make sure hex washer is seated on hex shape on underside of rotameter and place in converter unit twisting to locate. |   |
 |
| 9 | Place top on speedo converter and screw in place with original 3 x phillips screws. |   |
 |
| 10 | Fit speedo housing to gearbox ensuring fully home (past 'o' ring) with hand pressure before replacing retaining bolt. | |
 |
| 11 | Replace three pin multi plug. | |
 |
| 12 | Refit battery earth lead. | |
